In UpKeep, we support UPC and QR codes for Assets. You can easily check-in and scan out Assets by using the camera on your phone to read its barcode.

By default, UpKeep will generate a QR code for you from the web application when information is entered in the barcode section. With your QR code, you can download and save your QR codes or download them as labels (in Avery 1” x 2 5/8” format).

πŸ’‘ We also have a free QR code Generator here!

TIP: We also have a free, external QR code Generator here!

Most customers tend to laminate the QR codes or print them onto a label and place them onto assets or parts. UpKeep also has a partnership with Camcode and My Asset Tag where you can purchase discounted asset.

πŸ’‘ Already have a QR code that you’d like to use? You can still add the barcode number to the asset or part.
