Do you need to print barcodes and QR codes? UpKeep makes it simple to download and print your labels efficiently. This article 📃 will guide you through selecting, downloading, and printing your labels.


How to Download Individual Labels for your Parts

  1. Ensure that you have a printer that is capable of printing standard address labels from a roll

    1. 1-⅛” x 3-½” (28 mm x 89 mm) labels, such as these

  2. From the part list, select one or many parts that have a defined barcode, then select the option to “Download Labels” from the actions bar

  3. In the download label menu, select “Download individual labels” then click Download


How to Print your Downloaded Labels

  1. Once the file has been downloaded, use your browser or other application to open the PDF and print. Make sure the correct label printer is selected as the destination

    1. Print settings should set for a per size of 1.097” x 3.5” (30252)

    2. In the case of labels that are 3.5 x 1.097” (such as these) ensure the print settings are set to Landscape
