Available On: Premium, Professional, Enterprise

In UpKeep, we support UPC and QR codes for Assets and Parts. You can easily check-in and scan out Assets/Parts by using the camera on your phone to read its barcode.

By default, UpKeep will generate a QR code for you from the web application when information is entered in the barcode section.

TIP: We also have a free, external QR code Generator here!

Most customers tend to laminate the QR codes or print them onto a label and place them onto assets or parts. UpKeep also has a partnership with Camcode and My Asset Tag where you can purchase discounted asset/part tags.

💡 Already have a QR code that you’d like to use? You can still add the barcode number to the asset or part.
