On your Work Orders, you can assign tasks to be completed by your workers when they are doing the work needed for the day. On these tasks you have the option to add a FILE, a NOTE or an IMAGE to the task for reviewing or showing work has been completed for that specific task.
Any user that is working on the work order can add these to a task. For steps on how to see below.
How To Add Images To A Task via Web
If a receipt or image needs to be added to a task for reviewing, this can be done easily from the work order.
Steps:
Navigate to the Work Order that needs to be worked on
Locate the task that you need to add an image to
Once on that task look for 3 Dot Option Menu
To add an image select Add image
To add a note select Add note
