FINALLY! The ability to set up one PM trigger for many Assets that need to have the same monthly, daily, weekly etc. repeating work done. Introducing Multi Asset PM Triggers.
This doc will walk you through with photo examples and explanations on how to set these up.
The idea behind this feature is for customers who have multiple of the same Asset or have many Assets that need to have the exact same repeating preventive check or work done on them. This will allow you to be able to have have 1 PM trigger and all of these same or many assets tied to it.
Once these are set up and running, the PM trigger will fire off 1 new work order for each Asset tied to the PM trigger. Example: you have 5 assets on 1 PM Trigger, when this Trigger fires off, you will have 5 new work orders in your work orders list page, one for each Asset.
Please read the FAQ before you go through the set up, so you have a good understanding and know how this will work.
