UpKeep is designed with a focus on the technician experience. See the Work Orders that matter the most to you! Especially as you're in the field with your mobile device, you'll want to quickly filter out the work orders see what is most important.
In this article, we will go over all of the filtering Options within our Work Orders page on our mobile applications. By default, the Work Orders section will show Open, On Hold, and In Progress Work Orders.
Default Quick Filters
When you first open your mobile app, this is what you'll see:

1 - View My Work (Due Today): Work Orders assigned to you that are due today
2 - All Work Orders: no filters selected, all Open, On Hold, and In Progress work orders that you can view
3 - Scan: to scan a UPC or QR code and pull up whatever asset/part you scanned directly from this screen!
4 - Support: to get in quick contact with our support team!
5 - Technician Analytics: a quick and basic overview on the number of work orders you completed this week and how many of those were completed on time (based on due date)

6 - Past Due: Work Orders that are assigned to you and have passed its Due Date
7 - High Priority: Work Orders assigned to you and are High Priority
8 - Bookmarked: Work Orders assigned to you and that you have saved to Bookmarks
9 - Last Updated: Work Orders assigned to you and sorted by the ones most recently updated
Filter Selections
On iOS, the filters bar looks like this:

From Left to Right (You can scroll or move this bar to the left to see more filters):
Additional Filters: Open up the full list of selectable filters
Me or My Work Filter: Select which users Works Orders have you listed as the Primary OR Alternate assigned user
Due Date: Select the Work Orders by Due Date, you can also find your past-due and unscheduled Work Orders
Status: Choose from any (or all) of the work order statuses: Open, On Hold, In Progress, Complete
Location: Find the Work Orders at the Location desired
Priority: Choose from any (or all) of the statuses: None, Low, Medium, High
Bookmarked: Any Work Orders that were saved to Bookmarks

Work Order Status: Choose from any (or all) of the statuses: Open, On Hold, In Progress, Complete
Reactive or Repeating: We can choose all, or just by Reactive or Repeating Work Orders
Archived: We can choose whether to hide or show our Archived Work Orders
Scheduled: Select whether you want to see Work Orders with or without an assigned due date (or all Work Orders)
Priority: Choose from any (or all) of the statuses: None, Low, Medium, High
Bookmarked: Show your bookmarked work orders
Assigned To: Select all the users assigned to Works Orders you want to see
Created by: Find Work Orders created by specific users
Completed by: Find Work Orders completed by specific users
Requester: Find Work Orders requested by specific users
Team: Find Work Orders assigned to specific teams
Location: Find the Work Orders at the Location desired
Asset: Find the Works by Asset assigned
Category: See Work Orders based on desired categories
Due Date: Select the range of due dates you would like to see
Date Completed: Select the range of completion dates
Date Created: Select the range of date created
Date Last Updated: Select the range of Work Order updates
TIP: Once you've selected the filters you need, be sure to tap on the red Apply button!
