How to Create a Draft Work Order
Steps:
Open the Upkeep App on your mobile device.
From the Home Screen, tap the + icon at the bottom of your screen
A menu will appear various objects to add.
NOTE: A users' role will determine what they can and cannot add/update. Admins can edit/update anything, while a technician can add assets but can only edit objects they create.
Tap Work Order from the menu - a form will appear to add that asset.
Enter all the information applicable
To create a draft, click the "X" icon in the top left corner and a message will pop up asking if you'd like to save as a draft or discard.
Click "Save as a draft".
To locate drafts, click back on the "+" icon at the bottom of your screen.
Next to the Work Orders, you should see (Drafts 1).
Click on the word drafts, and it should take you to the drafts
Click on the draft you'd like to re-open or delete the draft.
Click Submit the Work Order once you have filled it out completely.
