Nova can now be customized to match the way you like to work. You can adjust Nova’s tone, response style, and even set rules for how actions are performed — such as assigning work orders automatically or removing emojis from responses.


Custom Nova Preferences

  1. Open Preferences

    • Click your profile icon in the top-right corner of your screen

    • Select Preferences

  2. Set Response Preferences

    • Choose how Nova displays information (e.g., show data in tables instead of charts)

    • Remove emojis from responses

    • Make responses more concise

  3. Create Automation Rules

    • Set Nova to always assign new work orders to you

    • Add a rule for Nova to include instructions when creating a work order

    • Configure assets to automatically have a certain category

    • Set default priorities for new requests

  4. Save Your Preferences

    • Click Save to apply your changes

    • Nova will automatically use these preferences in future interactions

  5. Review and Adjust Anytime

    • Revisit your Preferences to make updates

    • Nova will continue to learn your style over time, giving you faster, more tailored responses


Example

When creating a work order (e.g., “Replace the cabin air filter”), Nova can:

  • Automatically assign the work order to you

  • Keep the response short and clear

  • Include a set of helpful instructions for completing the task
