Nova, create a PDF highlighting how many overdue work orders are assigned to each of my technicians

Helps managers quickly identify workload issues and rebalance assignments.

Print a PM checklist

Nova, generate a monthly HVAC PM and corresponding checklist, then generate a PDF of the checklist that I can print out and share

Ensures technicians have a clear, printable guide for recurring tasks.

Review open work by priority

Nova, create a PDF report of all open work orders by priority level so I can review them with my team

Supports better planning by showing which critical tasks need immediate attention.

Monitor overdue PMs by asset

Nova, generate a PDF of all overdue PMs for the month of September grouped by asset

Makes it easy to spot high-risk assets that are falling behind on preventive work.

Tips & Best Practices

  • Be specific in your request (include work order numbers, timeframes, or technician names).

  • Ask Nova to filter or summarize data before creating a PDF for a cleaner result.

  • Use PDFs as an easy way to distribute information outside of UpKeep.
