UpKeep Analytics is available to all users beginning with the Starter Plan. Learn more about UpKeep Pricing.

TIP: At any point, you can hover your mouse cursor over the charts and see even more fine-print data! Click into it to drill-down deeper into the report. For example, you may drill-down by priority, asset name, or location name.

NOTE: UpKeep Analytics refreshes every hour on the hour, so you may not see new data entries right away. This means if you approve or decline a request, then immediately check Analytics, it will not be reflected in Analytics right away. It will take 1-2 hours to see that change in the dashboard.

TIP: This report is most useful for those that have a lot of requester users on their team as it is an overview of requests, cycle time, and metrics around approved and declined requests!
