Looking to Cancel, Upgrade or Downgrade your account?

Look no further than here.

Depending on what you need to do, depends on actions taken, see below for more details.


Upgrade your account!

If you are on the FREE version of Upkeep and want to upgrade, you have 2 options..

  1. Upgrade via in App and pay monthly via self serve

  2. If you are wanting to add 5 or more users and need to pay any other way than monthly and you are on the free version, you will need to reach out to [email protected]

If you are on a Paid level ( Starter, Professional or Business Plus) and you want to Upgrade

You need to reach out to your Account Manager, Customer Success Manager or email [email protected]p.com.

In the email let us know what plan you want to upgrade to and how many users you want to add if any.


Downgrade your Account!

If you are on any paid level of plan and want to downgrade to a less expensive plan, or you want to pay for less users

If you are a Self Serve Monthly User you need to:

  1. Make sure that you are contacting us 30 days prior to your next billing date reach out to your Customer Success Manager or email [email protected]. Let us know what plan you want to down grade to OR how many users you want to remove.

If you are a Annual Contracted Account you need to:

  1. Reach out NO LATER than 30 days prior to your renewal date ( example: if you renewal on 10/14/2022, you need to contact us by 09/14/2022)

  2. Send an email to your Customer Success Manager or [email protected]


Cancel Account!

If you need to Cancel your account for any reason (monthly or annual) you need to reach out to your Customer Success Manager or [email protected].

You MUST reach out NO LATER than 30 days prior to your renewal date ( example: if you renewal on 10/14/2022, you need to contact us by 09/14/2022)
