Ever go on vacation come back and forget what all your passwords are? That's ok! You can easily reset your password or change your password with in your UpKeep account.
Please note, ONLY the user themselves can change a password for their account. Admins have no ability to change the password.
If you do NOT receive the password reset email, please check your junk and spam folders. If you do not see it, send an email to [email protected] with the email address you log in with and say "please provide temp password"
How to Change Your Password On Web
Click on your Profile Icon (the person button in the upper right hand corner)
Then, select View Profile
Select Change Password (blue words under your email address)
Type in your Current Password
Enter New Password
Confirm New Password
Finally, click on Save or the checkmark box!
How to Change Your Password On IOS Mobile
Select Settings
Click Edit Profile
Then, tap Change Password
Enter in your New Password
Tap Save to save your new password!

Select Settings
Select Edit Profile
Select Change Password
Enter New Password
Save

Don't worry about forgetting your password--all you need is your email address to reset to a new one.
On the login page, go ahead and press the "Reset your Password?" option right below the login form.
