With UpKeep, you have the flexibility to change your email whenever necessary. Whether someone else is taking over your account or you simply want to update your email, it's a straightforward process to keep your account information up to date! 📧 🔄
⚠️ Admins cannot edit the email addresses of existing users
When it's necessary to update the email for a team member who has previously logged in, they should log in and make the email change themselves through their profile settings.
However, if the team member has never logged into UpKeep before, you can simply delete their existing profile from the team and then re-add them with the correct email. This ensures that their account information is accurate and up to date. 🔐 📧 🚀
Update Your Email Address in UpKeep
Click on the Profile Icon in the top Left corner of the UpKeep interface.
Select View Profile from the dropdown menu.
Click Edit to modify your profile details.
Update your email/username and any other account information as needed.
Enter the changes on your profile
If you are updating your email, you must enter your current password for changes to be accepted.
Click Save to apply your changes.
⚠️ Once you've updated your email, that's what you'll use to log in to UpKeep.
