Forgetting your password happens to the best of us, especially when you're busy or on vacation! Donโt worry; resetting or changing your password in UpKeep is a simple process.
If you don't receive the password reset email, remember to check your junk and spam folders. If it's still missing, send an email to [email protected] with your login email address and request a temporary password by saying "please provide temp password." ๐๐๏ธ๐ง๐๐ฎ
โ ๏ธ Only the user themselves can change their password; admins do not have the authority to change passwords
โ ๏ธ Passwords must be 10 characters and contain One Uppercase Letter, One Lowercase Letter and One Number

Click on the Profile Icon located in the top right corner of the UpKeep interface.
Select View Profile from the dropdown menu.
Click Change Password to start the process.
Type in your Current Password.
Enter your New Password.
Re-enter the New Password to confirm it.
Click Save to update your password.
How to Reset Your Password on Web
On the login page, press the Reset your Password? option right below the login form.

How to Change Your Password on IOS/Android Mobile
Select Settings
Click Edit Profile
Then, tap Change Password
Enter in your New Password
Tap Save to save your new password!
