How to View Your Allocated Parts

How to view the amount of Parts that are currently allocated on Work Orders

To keep your inventory in check, take a look at the Allocated Quantity column in the Parts section! If you have multiple inventory lines, you'll find this under the Inventory tab. If not, head over to the Parts tab. This column shows you the total quantity of parts that are tied to incomplete work orders. It's a great way to see what's already committed, helping you manage your available stock with ease.


How to View Allocated Part Quantities

  1. Navigate to the Parts Tab
    Head to the Parts tab within your UpKeep account.

  2. Select a Part
    Choose the part you want to assign to a work order.

  3. View Allocated Quantity
    You can see the allocated quantity for that part from the list view.


How to View Allocated Part Quantities Multiple Inventory Lines

  1. Navigate to the Parts Tab
    Start by heading to the Parts tab within your UpKeep account.

  2. Go to the Inventory Tab
    If you have multiple inventory lines, navigate to the Inventory tab.

  3. Select a Part
    Choose the part you want to assign to a work order.

  4. View Allocated Quantity
    You can see the allocated quantity for that part, either by selecting the part or from the list view.
