To stay on top of your inventory, check out the Incoming Quantity column in the Parts section! If you have multiple inventory lines, you’ll find this under the Inventory tab. If not, head over to the Parts tab. This column shows you parts that are on approved Purchase Orders but haven't been fulfilled yet. It's a great way to gain visibility into what’s coming in, helping you manage your stock more effectively.
How to View Incoming Part Quantities
Create a Purchase Order:
Head to the Purchase Orders section in UpKeep.
Click Create Purchase Order and add the parts you need.
Once you've added all the necessary details, save the Purchase Order.
Approve the Purchase Order:
Navigate to your list of Purchase Orders.
Find the one you just created and click Approve to move it forward in the process.
Navigate to the Parts Section:
Go to the Parts section in UpKeep.
Here, you’ll find the Incoming Quantity column.
View Incoming Quantities:
In the Incoming Quantity column, you’ll see the number of parts that are currently on approved Purchase Orders but have not yet been fulfilled. This gives you a clear view of what inventory is on the way.
How to View Incoming Part Quantities Multiple Inventory Lines
Create a Purchase Order:
Head to the Purchase Orders section in UpKeep.
Click Create Purchase Order and add the parts you need.
Once you've added all the necessary details, save the Purchase Order.
Approve the Purchase Order:
Navigate to your list of Purchase Orders.
