The allocated quantity field on your parts will sync to reflect the total quantity of parts tied to incomplete work orders. Parts associated with deleted, archived, or completed work orders won't be counted as allocated.
How to Sync Allocated Parts
- Navigate to the Settings Section 
 Start by heading to the Settings section in your UpKeep account.
- Select the Parts Tab 
 Within Settings, locate and click on the Parts tab.
- Sync Allocated Quantities 
 Scroll down and find the option to Sync Allocated Part Quantities. Click on it to ensure that your allocated part quantities are up to date!
