Web Release Notes

  • Parts and Inventory: We've added new fields to enable you to track max quantity and critical parts

    • Use max quantities to guide your reordering process

    • Designate parts as critical and filter the part list to stay focused on the most important parts in your inventory

  • Work Orders display based on their start date in the calendar

    • Plan ahead and allow your team to visualize when work needs to be started

Mobile

  • Photo enhancements are live!

    • No more maximum on photos uploaded! Upload and view unlimited photos to your work orders and spend less time doing it thanks to the ability to bulk select and upload multiple photos at once

Defect Resolutions

  • Archived PM Banner spacing issue has been corrected.

  • PM list view will no longer show archived PMs by default.

  • Users can delete to enter the numerical value in PM schedule modals.

  • Capitalized "Clear" options on WO form.

  • Removed excessive padding in add time modal user dropdown.

  • Extended WO list view to bottom of browser window.

  • Location value persists on Part record after edit.

  • Requesters are able to access the link to rate WOs.

Defect Resolutions

  • Filtering WO’s no longer displays “Something went wrong” error.

  • Vendor/Customer names no longer display as null.

  • Once a user selects an option from the inventory line menu, the menu will now close and open the new modal.

  • Users can load the vendor profile as expected.

  • Any amount of PM records can be selected for bulk action.

  • Work order user assignment behaves as expected.

  • Timer button has been corrected to be immediately responsive.

  • Starter plan users have access to work order settings as expected.

    • Users now have the ability to directly update what asset is associated to a work order from their mobile device in order to ensure accurate reporting.

  • Update Asset on Work Order Shortcut

    • Users now have the ability to directly update what asset is associated to a work order from their mobile device in order to ensure accurate reporting.

Web Release Notes

Features

  • New Inventory list for Parts now available to customers using Multi-Inventory Lines

    • The Inventory tab displays all inventory lines in a list and allows users to filter and search those inventory lines.

    • This tab is particularly useful when trying to answer questions like "How many parts are out of stock at a particular location?"

Defect Resolutions

  • When filtering work orders by one or many locations, only work orders assigned to the chosen location(s) will be returned.

  • A PO status dropdown field appears upon selection from the automated workflow modal.

  • Deactivated users are no longer selectable options in dropdowns for workers / additional workers for: Work Orders, Assets, Meters, Parts/Inventory, Requests, Locations, and PM Triggers.

  • Work order task selection text color will no longer be white.

  • When closing the settings page, users will be returned to the page they originated from.

Features

  • Analytics Update

    • New "UpKeep Adoption Metrics" dashboard available to customers:

      • Focuses on metrics that help people understand if they are getting value out of the core functions of UpKeep.

      • Available "out of the box" to all plans that have access to Analytics (Starter, Professional, B+).

      • This dashboard will be the new default dashboard shown when a user first navigates into Analytics.

Defect Resolutions

  • Assets with a $0 residual value display an accurate Current Value in the list.

  • Users will now be directed to the new Request configuration page, when selecting to configure from within the Requests Module.

  • Confirmations can now be performed when manually increasing the quantity of parts on a work order.

  • Worker data field order will start with User type, then alphabetically. Vendors will no longer be at the top of the list.

  • PM exports corrected to always export associated Checklist ID.

  • Part numbers will now display on the Assets associated Parts list.

  • Parts picture will now carry through to a duplicate copy of a Part.

  • Editing a part record will always take users to the appropriate edit screen, regardless of inventory lines enablement.

  • Location based work order exports are exporting correct work orders as expected.

  • Custom role admins are able to create and view work orders as expected.

  • Teams can be unassigned from multi-asset PM's.

  • Users can import 100+ historical work orders with due date, completion date, completed status, and complete by columns filled.

  • Users can update assets with no issue when importing custom date fields from assets.

  • After deleting an asset via API call, users will be returned a 404 error.

Features

  • Configurable Asset Operational Schedules

    • This feature gives users the ability to define a set of expected operating hours for their assets. Assets that have an operational schedule associated, will track their up and downtime percentages against those operations hours (as opposed to 24 hours / 7 days).

    • This feature also gives users the ability to control the date range for the reliability data they see on the Asset details page.

  • AI Powered Checklist Generator

    • Users are able to leverage the power of Artificial Intelligence in their maintenance organization to build checklists faster with less effort. There is now the ability to configure the output based on the asset type, frequency, use case, and number of tasks.

  • Advanced Permissions

    • Advanced Permission now includes importing/exporting for Vendors and Customers.

Defect Resolutions

  • Users can now sort for parts by multiple locations. All parts belonging to either of those locations will be displayed.

  • Reset filters on Work Order Calendar view is now operational.

  • All PM's can now be exported without exporting error.

  • Increased WO PDF export timeout so large records will generate without error.

  • View Only users now properly see all Work Requests.

  • Copying a checklist now works as expected.

  • Users are able to update checklists via import with only Trigger ID, Checklist ID columns present.
