Step-by-Step Guide
Configure Company Context: Before creating courses, ensure your Locations, Users, and Learning Model (skills/job titles) are set up. The course generation engine uses this data to customize and elevate AI-generated outputs.
Navigate to the UpKeep Learn dashboard and click New Course.
Complete the 2-step setup wizard by defining the course title, description, estimated duration, visibility, and tags.
To seed content, click Upload Document and drag in an existing SOP, PDF, or text file, or paste your raw training notes.
Use the Lessons Editor to organize, write, and refine lessons. Click Generate Visuals to have the AI build matching training slides.
Open Presentation Mode to preview the auto-narrated, slide-by-slide view. You can edit the text or voiceover scripts directly for any slide.
Click Add Quiz, write your questions, and specify the correct answers.
Configure pass requirements and certificates in the Settings tab, then click Publish.
Go to the Assignments tab to assign the course to specific individuals, sites, or job titles.
