Managing OSHA Compliance in UpKeep EHS

Learn how to utilize OSHA forms within UpKeep EHS

UpKeep EHS provides a centralized OSHA module to help your organization track workplace injuries, illnesses, and incident compliance. This module supports Forms 300 and 300A aligning with OSHA reporting requirements.


What’s Included in the OSHA Module?

From the left-hand navigation under OSHA, you can access the following:

  • πŸ—‚ OSHA Log (Form 300): Log individual incidents involving injuries or illnesses.

  • πŸ“‹ Summary (Form 300A): Automatically populated annual summary of incidents logged in Form 300.

  • ⚠️ Agency Reports: Generate official OSHA reports for submission or internal review.


Accessing the OSHA Component

  1. Log in to your UpKeep EHS dashboard.

  2. On the left sidebar, under SAFETY, scroll down to the OSHA section.

  3. Select:

    • OSHA Log (Form 300) to view and create incident records

    • Summary (Form 300A) for your annual overview

    • Agency Reports to prepare and submit compliance documentation
