How to Edit Preventive Maintenance Schedules

  1. Navigate to the Preventive Maintenance tab

  2. Select the desired PM you're looking to edit

  3. On the PM Trigger Select the Option Dots

  4. Select Edit

  5. Make any changes to the Schedule

    1. Frequency

    2. Creation Cadence

  6. Make any changes to the Record Data

    1. Assets

    2. Locations

    3. Assignees

  7. Select Done when your updates are completed
