Viewing readings

You can view the latest reading, timestamp, and 24-hour history at a glance from the main Dashboard page. If you want more detail, you can click on a given sensor and you’ll be able to see additional stats such as battery level and signal strength. You can also see detailed readings from the past 24 hours up to the last 30 days.

Exporting readings

If you need to see additional readings and/or you need to preserve readings in an easily shareable format, you can export sensor readings. You can export readings for one sensor or multiple sensors, you can go back as far as you wish, and you can include all readings or just those that were associated with incidents.

To export readings for a single sensor:

  1. From the main Sensors page, click your desired sensor.

  2. Click the menu icon (the three dots in the top right corner).

  3. Click “Export”.

  4. Select whether you want to include all readings or only those readings associated with Incidents.

  5. Select your desired time range.

  6. Click “Export”

To export readings for multiple sensors:

  1. Navigate to the main Sensors page. Note that whichever sensors you have in view will be included in your export. This means you can use the search/filter to ensure only the sensors you want to export will be included.

  2. Click the “Export” button.

  3. Select whether you want to include all readings or only those readings associated with Incidents.

  4. Select your desired time range.

  5. Click “Export”.
