Learn how to export your Purchase Order information in UpKeep.

In UpKeep, you have the flexibility to download Purchase Order information to help you stay organized and manage your data effectively. You can export Purchase Orders to a CSV file for a comprehensive overview or generate individual PDFs for specific details.

To export Purchase Orders to a CSV file, go to the Purchase Orders section, apply your desired filters, and select "Export Filtered View". This allows you to download the data in CSV format, making it easier to analyze and keep track of your records.

For individual Purchase Orders, select the Purchase Order you need, click the option menu in the upper right corner, and choose "Generate PDF". This will provide a downloadable PDF of that specific Purchase Order.

How to Export Purchase Order Information to a CSV

  1. Navigate to the Purchase Orders Section: Go to the Purchase Orders section in UpKeep.

  2. Select Your Filters:Apply the filters to narrow down the Purchase Orders you want to export.

  3. Select "Export Filtered View":Choose the "Export Filtered View" option to export the data based on your selected filters.

How to Export Individual Purchase Orders as a PDF

  1. Select the Desired Purchase Order: Click on the Purchase Order you want to generate a PDF for.

  2. Select the Option Menu in the Upper Right: Locate and click the option menu in the upper right corner of the screen.

  3. Select "Generate PDF": From the menu, choose "Generate PDF" to create your PDF document.
