Just as you can Import data into UpKeep you can also export your data as well. For each object there a few different ways that you can export. Take a look below for the section you need and see how to!

Note: People and Teams cannot be exported at this time

On the Work Orders page you can export all of your work orders or you can filter them down and then export only what you have filtered. You can also pick and choose what columns get exported out to a CSV as well. You also have the option of exporting to CSV or PDF.

On your Preventive Maintenance page, you can export to a CSV file all PM Triggers you may have. This can be done to make edits or updates to existing PM Triggers or simply for back up data. Just like with Work Orders, you can also choose to export all PM Triggers or just filtered ones, you can also choose what columns get exported as well.

On your locations page you can export all of your locations out of Upkeep. This can be done to make edits or updates to existing Locations or simply for back up data. Unlike with Work Orders and PM Triggers, you CANNOT customize what is exported at this time.

On your Assets page you can filter and export your Asset data out of Upkeep. This can be done to make edits or updates to existing Assets or simply for back up data. You can like Work orders, filter you assets view and export the filtered view.

Export Assets to CSV file via the Import Page

On your Parts/Inventory page you can filter and export your parts data out of Upkeep. This can be done to make edits or updates to existing Parts or simply for back up data. Unlike with Work Orders and PM Triggers, you CANNOT customize what is exported at this time.

On your Purchase Order page you can export your PO data out of Upkeep. This can be done for back up data. Unlike with Work Orders and PM Triggers, you CANNOT customize what is exported at this time.

On your Meters page you can export your Meter data out of Upkeep. This can be done to make changes, to enter meter readings or for back up data. Unlike with Work Orders and PM Triggers, you CANNOT customize what is exported at this time.

At this time, any data in People and Teams CANNOT be exported out, this is do privacy reasons. But you can Import them all you want! Click the button below.

On your Vendors and Customers page you can export your data out of Upkeep. There are 2 tabs in this section, one for VENDOR and one for CUSTOMER, both tabs can be exported. This can be done to make changes, to enter meter readings or for back up data. Unlike with Work Orders and PM Triggers, you CANNOT customize what is exported at this time.
