You can also find any Work Orders on the Work Orders page (use filtering to see your completed Work Orders). This information is also available in UpKeep Analytics, providing you with a comprehensive view of your maintenance activities.


How to view your Preventive Maintenance (PM) History

  1. Navigate to your Preventive Maintenance section

  2. Select the PM you want to view the history of

  3. Select the Work Orders Tab

How to View When Your Next PM Will Trigger

To stay on top of your Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedule, you will want to know when your next PM will trigger. With UpKeep you can quickly see from the list view when you can expect the next Work Orders on your schedule

  1. Navigate to your Preventive Maintenance section

  2. In your list view you will see a header for Schedules

  3. Select the Arrow

  4. From here you can see your scheduling information

    1. Last Work Order: The due date of the most recently created Work Order

    2. Next Work Order: When will the next created Work Order be due

    3. Next Trigger Date: When you will see the next Work Order on your Work Orders page
