How to set an Asset Schedule

Learn how to create an asset schedule, assign that schedule to an asset & the effect an asset schedule has on uptime and downtime percentage

Note: Changing an asset's schedule will only affect downtime data moving forward. Historic data will reference the schedule assigned to the asset at the time of the downtime event

How to Create an Asset Schedule

  1. Navigate to theSettings section

  2. Click on Assets

  3. Go to the Operation Hours section

  4. Create new schedule

  5. Create a Schedule Name

  6. Define the operating hours for a specific asset to assigned on the schedule

  7. Click on the Days you want to operate

  8. Select operation hours using the clock icon (From - To)

  9. Multiple operation hours within the day can be added using the + Icon (note: this can be used to skip downtime like lunch breaks)

  10. Click Create Schedule

Assigning a newly created Asset with Asset Schedule

  1. Go to Assets section

  2. Click Create Asset

  3. Fill in necessary information for your Asset

  4. Go to Operation Hours and click the drop down menu

  5. Select the the schedule you want your asset to be assigned

  6. Click Create Asset

Assigning an existing Asset with Asset Schedule

  1. Go to Assets section

  2. Select an existing Asset

  3. Click Edit

  4. Go to Operation Hours and click the drop down menu

  5. Select the the schedule you want your asset to be assigned

  6. Click Save Changes
