With our Legacy Preventative Maintenance module, you could create repeating work orders over a given frequency (daily, monthly, annual, etc.) This way is slowly being removed from UpKeep as we have now moved on to PM Triggers, which are now recurring work orders with more customization.

This video is going to walk you through how to stop these work orders, remove them from your work orders list page or archive them.

before deleting them you SHOULD set them up as a PM trigger so that you don't loose progress on Maintenance.
