Admin Onboarding

If you’re an Admin, begin with the Getting Started with UpKeep course.

This course covers the foundational setup required to successfully launch UpKeep, including:

  • Company and account settings

  • User roles and permissions

  • Locations and asset structure

  • Work order setup and workflows

  • Preventive maintenance basics

Completing this course helps ensure your account is properly configured before rolling UpKeep out to your team.


Training for Mobile Technicians

After the account is set up, Mobile Technicians should complete the Navigating UpKeep Mobile course.

This training focuses on day-to-day technician workflows, including:

  • Navigating the UpKeep mobile app

  • Viewing and updating work orders

  • Logging time, parts, and notes

  • Completing work in the field
