Technicians are user accounts primarily used by field technicians who frequently close work orders and complete jobs. They have access to view all objects associated with their team or organization, such as work orders and assets. Technicians can edit work orders, locations, and assets they have created but cannot modify items created by others. Their role includes working on tasks within work orders, such as updating statuses and adding photos.


Mobile Technician Team Training

Android Devices will have the same functionality as iOS devices. If you are an Android user you may see a instead of the words "Submit" or "Delete".
