How to Manage Your Email Notifications
Users have the option to choose the email notifications that they wish to receive. You can disable and enable. NOTE: Some Settings do not apply to certain user types. For example: Technicians do not receive notifications about a request they did not submit.
If you wish to stop receiving certain email notifications such as updates for work orders, you can do so by toggling the corresponding settings off via the Notification Settings page. This applies to all email notifications including updates on completed work orders or newly created requests. Customize these settings to ensure you receive only the relevant alerts for your role. Non-admin users should note that by default, email notifications are triggered only after a work order request is approved and converted into a work order. Notifications can be further refined by modifying settings in the automated workflow settings for specific scenarios such as approvals.

To configure notifications for specific events, navigate to the Notification Settings menu, locate the notification type you wish to edit (e.g., Completed Requests), and toggle it on or off based on your preferences. This ensures users can fine-tune notifications for their operational needs. To notify specific users directly, utilize the @ mention feature in comments.
