Downgrade your Account
If you are on any paid level of plan and want to downgrade to a different, or you want to remove licenses from your subscription
Steps to Upgrade
Go to Manage my Subscription
Select the option to change your subscription.
Choose the desired higher-tier plan.
Confirm your selection to activate the upgrade.
If you are a Monthly User you need to:
Make sure that you are contacting us 30 days prior to your next billing date reach out to your Customer Success Manager or email [email protected]. Let us know what plan you want to down grade to OR how many users you want to remove.
If you are a Annual Contracted Account you need to:
Reach out NO LATER than 30 days prior to your renewal date ( example: if you renewal on 10/14/2025, you need to contact us by 09/14/2025)
Send an email to your Customer Success Manager or [email protected]
Make sure to deactivate any users you no longer need to align with the reduced seat count and avoid additional charges.
Cancel Account
If you need to Cancel your account for any reason (monthly or annual) you need to reach out to your Customer Success Manager or [email protected].
You MUST reach out NO LATER than 30 days prior to your renewal date ( example: if you renewal on 10/14/2027, you need to contact us by 09/14/2027)
