How to Use an Installed App in UpKeep Studio

Learn how to use your Installed Apps in UpKeep Studio

Once an app is installed in UpKeep Studio, Administrators can open and use it at any time from the Installed Apps tab.


Open an installed app

  1. Log in to UpKeep

  2. Click Studio from the left-hand navigation panel

  3. Select the Installed Apps tab

  4. Click Open on the app you want to use

The app will launch and begin pulling live data from your UpKeep account.

What to expect when using an app

  • Apps use your existing UpKeep permissions

  • You will only see data you already have access to

  • Apps do not change your core UpKeep configuration

  • Apps only update records if the app is designed to perform that action

  • If you want to go back to view your other apps you can select the back arrow All apps button
