Need to bill a customer for a Work Order? UpKeep’s web application lets you quickly generate a professional invoice based on your Work Order details. You can then download or print the invoice for easy sharing or record-keeping.

This article walks you through the simple steps to create and manage Work Order invoices directly from the web app.


How to Create an Invoice to Print - Legacy

  1. Click on your desired Work Order

  2. Select the Three Vertical Option Dots

  3. Select Invoice PDF

  4. Fill out the forms

  5. Select to either Preview or Save the Invoice


How to Create an Invoice to Print - New

  1. Click on the Desired Work Order

  2. Select the Option Menu (3 dots)

  3. Select Generate Invoice

  4. Select Preview to Print, Select Submit to add it to directly to the files section of your Work Order
