How to Create a Work Order Using Voice Fill (UpKeep Intelligence)

🧭 How to Use Voice Fill

  1. Go to the Work Orders page
    Click “Create Work Order.”

  2. Tap the Voice Fill button
    In the center of the screen, tap the Voice Fill icon to start recording

  3. Describe what’s happening
    Speak naturally, just like you would explain it to a teammate. For example:

    • “I’m walking around the toilet now and seeing a leak.”

    • “Let’s fix this as soon as possible.”

    • “The location is guest bathroom in unit 301.”

    • “Due date is April 4th.”

    • “It’ll take about 30 minutes to fix.”

    • “Assign this to Marcello from the orange team.”

  4. Click “ End and Generate”
    Voice Fill will automatically fill in all the details based on what

  5. Make changes (optional)
    If something is incorrect, tap the Voice Fill button again and say the change Example:

    • “Change unit 301 to 501.”

  6. Click “Submit”
    Once everything looks good, submit the work order
