The Library is the centralized content repository for all UpKeep Learn source material. Store training content in one place, scope it to the right sites and departments, and control which items the AI can use when generating courses.

π§ Add Content to the Library
Go to Library (or open it directly at app.onupkeep.com/lms/library)
Click Add to Library
Choose how to add content:
Text β write or paste content directly
Upload a file β drag and drop or browse
Add a link β paste a URL
Add a title, description, and tags
Set the AI synthesis toggle if you want this item available to the AI for course generation
Scope to the appropriate sites and departments
Click Save

Go to Library β Bulk Upload
Upload multiple files in a single action
Apply tags, scoping, and AI settings to the batch
π€ AI Synthesis: How Library Feeds Course Generation
Each Library item has an AI synthesis toggle. When enabled, the item appears in Learning Model β Sources and becomes available to the AI course generator as a knowledge source. Toggle this off for any content that shouldn't influence AI-generated training.
