Track Training on the Compliance Dashboard in UpKeep Learn

Track completion, identify overdue trainings, and stay audit-ready across your workforce.

What you’ll see on the Compliance Dashboard

Each row in the compliance dashboard represents a single training record (one user, one training). Records include:

  • Employee name

  • Training name

  • Site and department

  • Status β€” Assigned, Completed, Overdue, or Exempt

  • Due date and completion date


Filter the dashboard

Use filters to quickly find the data you need:

  • Employee name: Search for a specific person

  • Site: View records by location

  • Department: View records by team

  • Training: See completion status for a specific requirement

  • Status: Identify overdue or incomplete trainings


Mark a training as complete

At the time of launch, completions for external trainings must be marked manually.

To mark a single record complete:

  1. Find the record in the dashboard

  2. Click the record and select Mark Complete

  3. Enter the completion date and any notes

  4. Click Save

To mark multiple records complete:

  1. Select users using the checkboxes

  2. Choose the training

  3. Select Completed and enter the date

  4. Click Create Records


Bulk assign trainings

To assign a training to many users at once:

  1. Go to Compliance β†’ Import

  2. Select Bulk Assign Trainings

  3. Download the template, complete it, and upload


Import historical records

To include past training completions:

  1. Go to Compliance β†’ Import

  2. Select Bulk Import History

  3. Download the template, enter historical data, and upload

Before importing: Ensure sites, departments, and job titles are already set up, as records will map to them.


Export and save audit snapshots

  • Export data: Apply filters and click Export to download a CSV

  • Save snapshots: Click Save Snapshot to capture a timestamped record of compliance for audits
