How to Access UpKeep Studio
UpKeep Studio is available within UpKeep and can be accessed directly from the left-hand navigation panel.
Who can access UpKeep Studio?
UpKeep Studio is currently limited to Administrators.
If you are not an Administrator, you will not see Studio in the left-hand navigation panel.
If you have questions about your user role or need access to Studio, contact your organization’s UpKeep Administrator.
How to open UpKeep Studio
Log in to your UpKeep Application
From the left-hand navigation panel, click Studio
I don’t see Studio in the left-hand panel
If Studio does not appear:
Confirm that you are logged in as an Administrator
Make sure you are logged into the correct UpKeep account
Refresh your browser and try again
If Studio still does not appear, contact UpKeep Support for assistance.
Important Notes
Web-Only Access: Studio is currently available on web only
Active Session-Based: Studio reflects the UpKeep account that is currently active in your browser session
