How to Create and Use Saved Views in the Scheduler

When you’ve adjusted your filters in the Scheduler just the way you want them, you can save that setup as a Saved View to quickly return to it later without resetting your filters each time


Creating a Saved View

  1. Go to Scheduler in the sidebar

  2. Apply the filters you want (such as priority, status, location, or team)

  3. Select Views in the top-right corner

  4. Click Save As… under Save Current View

  5. Enter a name for your view and click Save


Accessing a Saved View

  • Open Scheduler, click Views, and select the saved view under My Views


Editing or Deleting a Saved View

  1. Open Views and find the saved view you want to change

  2. Use the pencil to Edit the name or the trash can to Delete


Why Use Saved Views

  • Quickly switch between common scheduling setups

  • Save time by not reapplying filters each time

  • Keep your Scheduler organized for different workflows
