NOTE: UpKeep Analytics refreshes every hour on the hour, so you may not see new data entries right away. This means if you make a change into UpKeep, then immediately check Analytics, this new data will not be reflected right away, it will take 1-2 hours.
How to Use the Parts Consumption Report
You can use this report to view the total consumption cost within a certain date range. It will show:
Total consumption Cost
Total Quantity of all Parts Consumed
Table breakdown of the Parts Consumed
Consumption Cost trends between Reactive and Recurring WOs
NOTE: This report shows parts consumed on COMPLETED work orders. It will not show parts added to work orders that are Open, In Progress, or On Hold.
Start with your filters
You can select the WO Date Completed, Part Location, and Part Category
Once your filters are applied, click on the Reload button to refresh the report
Now that your page is refreshed, you can view the table.
Parts In Inventory Report
You can use this report to see the total value of all of your parts/inventory and the total quantity in inventory now. Use the filters (Part Category or Part Location) to further narrow down your list for what you need.

Once your filters are applied, click on the Reload button to refresh the report
Now that your page is refreshed, you can view the table.
How to Export your Report
Hover your mouse cursor over the table
Click on the 3 vertical dots, then click Download Data
Choose your file format for the download (TXT, Excel Spreadsheet, CSV, JSON, HTML, Markdown, PNG)
Finally, click Download to save the file to your computer!
TIP: Click on the 3 vertical dots on the far top right of either report to export the data to CSV or PDF.
