What you can store

You can upload and manage a wide range of content, including:

  • PDFs

  • PowerPoint files

  • Videos and Loom links

  • External links

  • Other documents and files


Add content to the library

  1. Go to Library

  2. Click Add to Library

  3. Choose how to add content:

    • Text: Write or paste content

    • Upload a file: Drag and drop or browse

    • Add a link: Paste a URL

  4. Add a title, description, and tags

  5. Click Save


Organize your library

Use tags to group content by topic, type, or audience. You can filter by tags at any time to quickly find what you need.


Bulk upload content

To upload multiple files at once:

  1. Go to Library β†’ Import

  2. Upload multiple files in a single action
