Close out notes are a great way to track and share what fixed the issue on a work order. When closing a work order in UpKeep, simply add a note detailing the resolution or any important actions taken. These notes help keep your team informed and provide a clear record for future reference!
How to Add Close Out Notes
Select the Work Order.
Go to the Overview tab.
Click the edit ✏️ next to Close Out Notes.
Type your note, then click the save ✅ to keep it.
How to Add an Automatic Summary for Close Out Notes
Click the edit ✏️ next to Close Out Notes
Select Auto Generate Summary
