Learn how to export your Work Orders to a CSV in the Work Orders 2.0 BETA

With UpKeep, you can effortlessly generate reports directly from the Work Order page, saving time while gaining instant insights into your facility's activities. You can export these reports as CSV files for easy sharing and further analysis.

Remember, "Data in is data out"—the more information you input into UpKeep, the more valuable your reports will be for optimizing your workflow and productivity.

Before exporting, be sure to use filters to include only the data you need. UpKeep offers a variety of filters to help you pinpoint exactly what you're looking for. This article will guide you on how to filter work orders and export them to CSV.


Export to CSV File

  1. Filter Your Work Orders: Start by filtering your work orders to display only the ones you need.

  2. Click on the Option Menu: In the top right corner of the Work Order page, click on the three dots.

  3. Select Export Filtered View Choose the option to export your work orders as a CSV file.


Export Work Order PDFs

  1. Filter Your Work Orders: Begin by applying filters to narrow down the Work Orders you want to export.

  2. Select Multiple Work Orders: Use the multi-select option to choose the specific Work Orders you need.

  3. Click on "More": Once your Work Orders are selected, click the "More" button to access additional options.

  4. Choose "Print to PDF": From the dropdown menu, select "Print to PDF" to initiate the export process.

  5. Customize Your Download: Decide whether you want to include update notes, then proceed to download your PDF.

  6. Download as .zip File: You will be emailed a .zip file of your PDFs
