UpKeep gives you the flexibility to print Work Orders in several ways to fit your needs. You can:
Print an individual Work Order
Use bulk print to generate multiple Work Orders at once
Print the filtered Work Orders list view to report on what’s been completed, what’s still open or in progress, and how much time has been spent on each task
Whether for team meetings, compliance records, or job site reference, printing helps you share and review key Work Order data with ease.

Print Work Orders List Page for "reporting"
On your work orders list page, you can print the view see of filtered work orders with all columns you see as well, this printed page can give you a total number of work orders in your list view as well as time spent.
Some customer like to use this as reporting to managers as a snap shot of what is going on. See steps and GIF below.
Navigate to your WO list page
Apply filters to your work orders page to narrow down results
Click the 3 dots in upper right hand corner next to +work order button and click EXPORT TO PDF
This will auto download a PDF to your computer of the list page you filtered, and will be able to be printed off
NOTE: At the bottom is where you can see the totals
Bulk Print Individual Work Orders
In UpKeep you have the ability to bulk print of many individual work orders that can be handed out to your workers or those that need a copy of the work orders that are due.
Navigate to your WO list page
Apply filters to your work orders page to narrow down results
Click in box next to the word DUE
Click Print to PDF
Select WITH or WITH OUT notes (notes are messages left on the UPDATES tab of a work order)
Review Alert ( this is letting you know you will get an email, that will have a link that will allow you to download and print the individual work orders)
