Notification Hub Information
The Notifications Hub keeps all your important updates in one place, easily accessible from the home screen.
Push Notifications: All push notifications appear in the Notifications Hub.

Unread Notifications: An indicator on the bell icon shows when you have unread notifications.
Easy Navigation: Tap on a notification to view the related update.
Chronological Order: Notifications are organized by date for easy browsing.
Mark as Read: You can mark notifications as read individually or all at once using the 3-dot menu.
No Push Required: Notifications will populate in the hub, even if push notifications for the mobile app are disabled.
How To Access the Notifications Hub
Tap the bell icon on the mobile app home screen (iOS & Android)
Tap on the notification you'd like to review.
Notifications Cannot be deleted at this time.
💡 Tip: You can click the 3 dots and mark all notifications as read.
FAQs about Mobile Notifications
I clicked on a notification and I see a message "Please Check Your Network Connection and Try Again"?
This may mean that the object associated with the notification may have been deleted by your admin. Check with your team to ensure an action was not taken to remove that object.
Can Notifications Be Deleted?
Not at this time. The list of notifications will be comprehensive of all notifications received.
I click on the email notifications on my mobile device, and it takes me to a web browser and not the app?
This is expected behavior. Currently, the email notifications will not direct you to our mobile app. If you have questions/feedback for our team, please contact [email protected]
