Subject: Introducing UpKeep Safety — Our New EHS Platform

Hi Team,

We're excited to announce that we're rolling out UpKeep Safety — our new Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) platform. UpKeep Safety will be our central hub for incident reporting, safety inspections, OSHA compliance, and corrective actions.

Why are we adopting UpKeep Safety?

We're committed to providing a safer workplace for everyone. UpKeep Safety gives us the tools to:

  • Report safety incidents quickly — even from the field via QR code

  • Track corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) to resolution

  • Stay compliant with OSHA recordkeeping (Forms 300, 300A, and serious incident reports)

  • Conduct audits and inspections digitally

  • Manage Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), Permits to Work (PTW), and SOPs

  • Store and access Safety Data Sheets (SDS) in one place

Here's what you need to do to get started:

  1. You'll receive an email invitation to join UpKeep. This will include your username (email). DO NOT CREATE A SEPARATE ACCOUNT — use the invite link.

  2. Complete the sign-up process by creating your password using the link in your invitation email.

  3. If you already use UpKeep CMMS, you can navigate between CMMS and Safety from the same platform — learn how here.

  4. Check out the UpKeep Safety Help Center for guides, how-tos, and video walkthroughs.

Thank you for helping us build a safer workplace!

Best,
