This makes it easier to focus on the areas you use most.

Expanded and collapsed sections may remain saved during your session.

Switching Between CMMS and EHS

At the bottom-left corner of the navigation panel, you can switch between products:

  • CMMS – Maintenance Management

  • EHS – Environmental, Health & Safety (if enabled)

This allows users to move between CMMS and EHS without logging out.

Along the bottom of the left panel, you’ll see the following icons from left to right:

  1. Product Toggle – Switch between CMMS and EHS

  2. Help ( ? ) – Access UpKeep help articles and resources

  3. Contact Us (chat icon) – Contact UpKeep Support

  4. Manage Subscription – View billing and subscription details (Admins only)

Some options may only be visible depending on your role and permissions.

Permissions and Visibility

What appears in the left navigation depends on:

  • Your user role

  • Assigned permissions

  • Your subscription plan

If a section or icon is missing, an Admin may need to update your access.
