While there are SO many different possibilities for how UpKeep can integrate, we chose one that might be helpful! Here's how it works:

  1. A new work order is generated and assigned to a customer's asset

  2. Our integration pull this data and adds a note into that customer's Salesforce account so that a complete record is stored in Salesforce and in UpKeep.

This integration is only available in our business plus and enterprise plans.
