Want to customize your Work Order numbering?

With UpKeep, you can set a Work Order Start Count—the number your Work Orders will begin from and increment automatically. This is perfect for teams that want to match internal tracking systems or continue from a previous sequence. Note that only Admin users have the ability to modify these settings.

You can set this up quickly in your Settings to keep your Work Order numbers aligned with your workflow. Any changes made will affect the numbering of future work orders.

Once changed, the work order number will be reflected upon the next work order you create!
